To click or not to click?

Sorry for not posting in the last couple of days, I have been moving into my new house at university and lots of traveling and setting things up has been required, and normal service will not resume until Tuesday, but I will try and post as and when I can! Sorry

Onto todays Student Savings...

If you haven't heard of Paid To Click (PTC) sites, they are sites that pay you for viewing advertisements each day.

Now, there are many many scam sites out there that will not pay up, so to help you with filtering them out I will post the ones that I am currently earning from...

But, first, there is a brand new PTC site called BuxWiz that pays to click, although you only earn a measely $0.01 per click, thats just over half a penny, this can add up. And I will explain the best strategy to do this.

BuxWiz offers a new way of earning money, most PTC sites make you have direct referrals, which must be gained through spreading word about the site. But BuxWiz allows you to rent referrals for a certain price each month. Meaning the earning potential is huge. This site is due to go live in the next few days so get signed up now to get in early, and gain as much as possible from being an early starter.

There are usually 4 ads to view each day, meaning you will earn $0.04 per day, and can cashout via PayPal once your balance reaches $2. Now this would take 50 days to pay out, but when you rent referrals it can become a profit daily.

For example, if you have 100 referrals that click 4 ads everyday, thats 100 x $0.04, or $4 a day!! meaning you will gain $28 a week and $1,456 a year!! All for doing nothing but click ads and getting referrals.

This is just the start to my PTC write up, I am currently proposing a spreadsheet, strategy and earning potential for you all to view, as I believe there is huge earnings available here. If you are a student, just click 4 ads a day, and you could be earning that little bit extra to help out with university life.

So, to get started, get involved with BuxWiz now, before it comes widely known, and you could be earning enough for a few nights out each week, for free!!

P.S. Stay tuned and come back for updates on PTC sites and how to maximise you potential, I will post proofs and all sorts of tips for you to earn that little bit more as a student!

Get sorted for September

The worst thing about getting ready for the new year at university is having to spend on stationary, books and equipment.

To help with this, I have managed to find these vouchers to use at W H Smiths. They entitle you to the following:

  1. £5 off when you spend £15 on stationary and cards
  2. £5 off when you spend £15 on kids books
  3. £5 off when you spend £25 in store (Not including Mobiles, CD's, DVD's and games)
  4. £5 off when you spend £20 on books (excluding kids books)
Wow! Get down to W H Smiths now, as stationary and books are essentials for university, so no matter when you buy them it will still set you back some cash. But with these vouchers you can save £5 off it!! Even if what you want to buy doesnt come to the £15, get some extras as more paper or pens will come in handy throughout the year. So stock up on them now while you can get £5 worth of stuff for free!!

This offer is only available until the 12th July 2009, so that gives you roughly 3 weeks to get stuff sorted for university...early!

Heres the link to the vouchers. Just print them off, cut them out and show them when purchasing your stationary or books.

Quids in

Another amazing site for you today, if you do a lot of online shopping, then you could gain cashback on each transaction.

Cashback is a way of saying, thanks for buying with us, here is a bit of money back for doing so!

Sounds great, so how does it work?

Well, every time you want to shop online, use a cashback site and click the link to it from there. Then just go about your normal process and voila, after a period of time you should earn some money back from your purchase.

My favourite cashback site is Quidco, it is the biggest of all cashback sites and offers a wide range of sites to choose from. Just click the link, shop, wait, then get money back.

The only disadvantage of this is that the site keeps the first £5 you make during the year, but if you do a lot of online shopping anyway, this can be made back quite quickly. It is then transferred into your bank account. Saving you the pennies!

It's like student discount, but online! Very nice. So, get using Quidco now for tonnes of online shopping savings.

Phone Piggy Bank

Today, I recieved my cheque from PhonePiggyBank which as stated in this post, is a site which will recycle your old mobile phone.

The site is fast, reliable and easy to use and I would recommend it to all students who have old mobile phones hanging around. My phone was a complete mess, a large crack in the screen and no battery cover, and they still sent me a cheque for just over £10 for it! The stated amount was £20 but after them assesing the damage they sent an e-mail, in which I had to respond with a Yes or No answer to whether I want to accept their amount or not.

Then, they will post a cheque and confrim it has been posted via e-mail, and i received my cheque 2 days later in the post!

Very efficient service, and I would recommend it to all students!

So get onto PhonePiggyBank now and receive cash for your old mobile phones
